Hi I just received my new device today. Thank you so much. In to send my old device back. But I'm wondering if I could just keep it. And pay the extra per month??

You are free to change your mind but you must call Sky to let them know so they can cancel the swap. Give them a call on 150 and try saying nothing when asked by the bot why you are calling,
