I have broadband with sky I wanted to have another product with them a tablet. I pay my bill each month.
I haven't missed a payment but I can't pass a
credit check for a tablet that is 10 pounds a month which is more than affordable for
me. I don't understand how I can have broadband with them and pass ly
credit check for taking broadband out but can't pass one for another product. Sky is the cheapest on the market so really good value for money. I am confused and disappointed about not being able to have more services from them. Any advice would be great. Thanks

If you haven't already you could sign up (maybe on a free months trial) at somewhere like Experian or Equifax, which should give you access to your credit record. If you do this you may want to then cancel it before the free month deal finishes.

You are applying for credit from Sky when you order a Phone/Tablet and regardless of tenure and paying your Sky bills a credit check is always carried out. If you fail then you need to be looking at your credit file as a whole, not just that you pay Sky on time for other services.
