I wanted to change my wife's SIM to an esim as her phone isn't reading her SIM card. Sky don't seem to be able to send me the qr code to make this happen. Then I had an email saying I can upgrade my broadband as it's coming to end of contract. When I try I get a message saying can't complete this, second failure from sky. I then looked at pre ordering a s25 ultra. As soon as I log in I get a message saying Sky can complete my order. Frustrating, why does sky make buying things so difficult. 3 things I've tried to do this week that sky or the sky app won't let me do.
