If you have placed an order and it has yet to be sent to you then you would need to call Sky and ask them to cancel the order and place a new one for you. Doing so will mean you will ve credit checked again.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
