Can't make payment online

I'm trying to sort my upgrade and need to make the one time payment online but it won't accept any of the three cards I've tried so far. 

 

How can I sort this out?

 

I've already looked at the cookies/cache/browser security and nothing there should be stopping online payments.

You will need to call Sky on 150 so they can take the payment from you.
