Can’t make calls

Good morning all,

I'm sorry to hear there are still reports of this issue, Sky are aware of this and are investigating as we speak. We would appreciate any further customer examples of the message "You have dialled an incorrect number" so for this I will be escalating posts within this thread to our Community Messaging team who will ask for:

• Your mobile number
• Number attempted to call
• Date & time
• Account number
• Has the troubleshooting has resolved the issue?

Can't phone out or phone wife who is on Sky mobile.

My wife has same problem!

I keep having to switch my phone off and back on to make and receive calls

I've tried that, plus putting it on flihht mode, nothing! So annoying.

I tried all the advice but the only thing that worked for me was to get sky to replace my SIM card, now my phone is working as normal.

Call sky from any phone on their helpline. This site won't let me post the actual phone number.

Same here, it resolved itself yesterday afternoon, but today I can text and use WhatsApp but no calls in or out. Very annoying as I'm often in dead data areas in East Herts. 
I tried turning phone off and on multiple times (again) but a complete waste

of time.

I can't phone anyone but my phone bill is paid and it's been like this for about  a week
