Same! Down in Gravesend Kent. Can't receive or make phone calls! Got someone to try and call me and they got “Sorry, you’ve dialled an incorrect number”. Having to resort to WhatsApp calls.

I'm in Leicestershire and unable to receive incoming calls or make outgoing calls. 🥴

I've restarted my phone and toggled airplane mode on and off and this seems to have fixed the problem.

Yes both myself and partner can't make any calls either. My calls arnt connecting to him and if he dials me it's says incorrect number. Tried calling my sons phone again doesn't connect but not showing any issues on sky app?

Can’t make or receive calls on both mobile phones in the household

When trying to call anyone, it just beeps theee times and cuts off.  It also shows that I have missed calls but the calls just cut off

Same, 5 days now on and off of not being able to make calls and incoming calls being told they've got the wrong number......not doing my business any good!!

You need to bear in mind that Sky Mobile is for domestic use. 

edit- I think it's in the first paragraph of the contract you agreed to.

It is a private phone number,  a few personal training clients have my private number as well

Unable to make or receive call

I'm unable to make or receive calls today even using my Wi-Fi when I try calling my mobile from a landline I'm told the number is unavailable

Entering my third day ynaw to make or receive calls-   Newcaatle. A huge nationwide problem and nothing from Sky. Unable to contact my 81 year old Father and he cannot contact me..... disgusting service from Sky especially as we are now in an era of no landlines!! 11 months on contract until I can finally leave! All troubleshooting done and service comes back for a while then  Goes again, but you never know when! No compensation even though they are not providing a service

I have moved your post into a thread discussing this issue. See the post currently marked as the answer. It's being investigated. In the meantime switching your phone off and back on again is working for some.
