Myself and wife both on Sky mobile, can't make any calls, in our out. Messages work and data is coming and going.

Calls are the issue, totally dead......

Same issue in the North of Scotland, number is incorrect message when trying to contact the wife's phone on Sky mobile

I have had no signal at all on my sky mobile for 10 days. Someone on here suggested trying a new SIM card, I requested a replacement SIM card and when I received it today I phoned Sky for help setting up the new SIM. They talked me through and activated the new SIM whilst I was on the phone. My mobile is now working again and still on the same phone number.

I am now fully back to normal and finally able to get on with life.

Thanks to the person who suggested a new SIM.

Mobile phone problems

When in call my wife's sky mobile number, which is correct, from my sky mobile phone I receive a operator message saying I Have Dialed an incorrect number.     What is the problem and how do Incorrect this.

I get the same problem. I've also had it when people ring me they get the message its been unable to connect to this number please try again

I am also having the same issue. The whole family are on sky mobile. But for some reason when I try to ring my husband an operator message comes up saying you have dialled a wrong number

I can't contact sky as I can't make a call either and the virtual assistant is no help at all

We are all on Sky Mobike. 3 of our phones are saying, 'You have dialled an incorrect number' and the other connects. WhatsApp audio call works and FaceTime works. We have iPhones

Mine and my daughters just end the call as soon as you push dial and when my husband calls me it says incorrect number
