I have not been able to use my phone for HOURS. 

I was invited for this private chat but I've had nothing back. 

Please can this be escalated ASAP

My sky mobile has been down for 8 days now, it's as though the SIM card is not in place, it is and I have checked several times in 2 different phones. I cannot make or receive calls or texts and have no mobile data connection. I have spoken to sky 3 times during the week and they say it is a fault at 1 of the mobile masts near me. I have travelled from Basildon to Colchester in Essex and nowhere can I receive a service. I can call my voicemail from a different phone but I don't know my password so they send me a code to my phone via text, this is of course useless as my phone cannot receive text so I am unable to access my voicemail. This is completely unacceptable and I am really surprised sky is treating it's customers like this. In fact I don't think I would believe it if it wasn't happening to me. Sky you really need to sort this problem now.

Have Sky or even yourself suggesting them sending you a replacement sim as this is worth a try incase the one you have has developed a fault.

I cannot make or receive calls and have been advised to use this forum. Why can't Sky confirm what is going on as I am clearly not the only one having issues today!!!

Havnt been able to make calls or use data for over a week. Calls just say unregistered and data is dead.

Maybe a new SIM card would solve the problems but I've spoken to at least 10 sky people and no-one has suggested a replacement SIM. I'll give it a couple of days and ask for a new SIM, thanks for the suggestion.

One thing you could try if you are able to and that is to try the sim you have in a different unlocked phone to see if it works.

I've tried the sky SIM in a different phone and it doesn't work. I've got a Tesco SIM in my regular phone at it works perfectly ok.

Sky definitely say it's a problem with their mobile phone masts but I can't understand why it would take this long to fix it.

It won't help that Sky do not own or maintain any mobile phone masts.

I have the same issue live in Hertfordshire, when ever I call or people call me it says the person you are calling is on the line, I've had a replacement sim and activated it but still waiting to get the message saying it's been activated, if nothing in the next 24 hours will be calling to complain and cancel the contract

I am having the same issue in that I cannot make calls as the numbers are incorrect and anyone trying to calm me gets the message that the number they are trying is incorrect

We are the same, can't make any calls what so ever. Let's hope non of us have a emergency.
