Can’t make calls or text

We have 3 sky mobiles and can't make calls or text on any of them?  No service issues and can't get hold of anyone at Sky to help!

There are no known issues I checked already, also turned phones on and off...I can't ring sky it won't connect and the message chat is unavailable 😞
