Can’t make calls on wifi

We have had our wifi upgraded and ever seen our mobile phones can't make or receive calls when connected to the wifi at home (not sky mobiles)

If your mobiles are not from Sky then are the sims from Sky or is your broadband from Sky ?

Hi @Alic12  from sky help pages. 

"One to watch out for: If you didn't get your phone from us, it might not be compatible with Sky Mobile Wi-Fi calling. To check, set up Wi-Fi calling and try making a call over Wi-Fi. If the ‘Wi-Fi call’ indicator doesn’t show, then your phone isn’t compatible."
