Can’t get my PAC code from Sky

I texted for a PAC code 5 days ago and they sent me an email with a link to my account.  The problem is when I joined sky mobile over 4 years ago they linked my mobile account to my husbands tv account but neither of us could see my mobile information so I can't access PAC code.  
Over the years I have spent hours on the phone to sky trying to get access to my mobile account but they gave admitted they can't sort it out as they don't know what went wrong.

last night I phoned sky to ask for my PAC code but was told they could not give it to me over the phone.  They reckoned it had been sent by text from their system but I have not received it.  The person I spoke to said he would escalate it to the back office and someone would manually text me the PAC within 24 hours,  it has been more than 24 hours and I have received nothing.

Why do sky make things so difficult and how can I get my PAC code

It sounds as though the mobile account was linked to the same ID that the TV account was.

I'm sure I have seen posts on here from other people who have had the code emailed to them so I would call them againj on Monday as I can't see why they can no generate the code for you while you are on the call to them.

They can generate PAC code whilst I am on the phone to them but they do it automatically through their system and it doesn't come through to me.  They say they are not allowed to give me code over the phone.  Guess I will have to call them again
