Can’t get email account back into repaired phone

Sky email states no new accounts 

But this is an old account

You will have to explain a bit more about what you are trying to do, are you trying to add your existing Sky email account to your phone, if so how are you trying to do this, are you using an app on your phone and what is happening ?

Which phone?
Are you setting up the account using Other option or Yahoo?
When entering the details is is then saying there's no account? If yes can you log in to Sky using the same username & password?
