Thursday 23rd May 2024 - I had an on screen message saying that I could sign the agreement in 14 days and that it would be saved to my Sky account. I am logging in with the credentials from my Sky account (I have only one Sky account). I have not received an email with a link to the agreement on. When I go to Sky help and click on the link "Sign my credit agreement" in the "I cant find my credit agreement" FAQ, it just takes me to my account page but there are no credit agreements to check or sign. All i have is a PDF of my initial TV, Stream and Mobiole credit agreements from October 2023.

No. Last m,essage received was for Piggybank transfer on 22nd May 2024, last contract was for my previous Phone agreement in October 2023. There is nothing else.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
