Can’t find my sky mobile credit agreement to sign

Hello, I've ordered a new phone and sim card and received an email to sign the credit agreement however when I click on the link it just takes me to my sky mobile account with nothing to sign

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

You should see a chat bubble somewhere at the bottom of this page like the one shown in the link I posted for you earlier.

Same issue here - went through the process but no agreement to sign adn nothing on my Sky account when I log in and follow the credit agreement link - also hard search has appeared on my credit score so dont want to go throguh the process again.  Can someone help please?

Yes I have an exisiting mobile account and I have my ID's linked.  I have tried the link but the credit agreement does not appear anywhere on my dashboard.
