Can’t connect to internet or receive calls in canary islands

Don't seem to be able to receive calls text or use data in Canary Islands. Have received the welcome text but nothing since, not even network settings when requested via another phone. 
Phone is a Samsung A25 and this is the first time I have tried to use it abroad

Have you nake sure this is set to abroad:

 

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.

 

Have you searched for available networks to see if your phone will then connect to another one ?
