Can't call out from mobile

I cannot call.out from my mobile. It said conditional call forwarding at first and bizarrely went to.my own voicemail, and now call just ends call as soon as I dial. Sky have not replied to my email.Has anyone else had this problem?

I can't make or receive calls. Been going on and off for a couple of months.
