Can’t add a new mobile

I have 3 active mobile accounts, and would love to add another but when I try and purchase another it states I have 5!!! Two have been fully paid for years but are still showing. I had previously had problems with this and was informed that this had been resolved...clearly Not?? Can you please resolve this once Again???

Nope as we're other customers here.  Call Sky on 150.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
