Can't activate sim

Been trying since Sunday to activate my new sim card but all I get is the response below
'Not quite ready'

'We're just getting your plan ready, please check back later.'

All you can do is to use another phone to call Sky about this:

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
