Hi I got a SIM card from sky and can't seem to activate it. I go to activate sim and it keeps taking me to a page which is for ordering new phone/sim when I click I already have a sim it just keep taking me back to the same page. Can't phone sky as I cancelled my old contract and this sim doesn't seem to work. Is there anything else I can do, can't find seen to find any chats to get help from someone from sky.

If that fails then Sky can be contacted via their social media sites links to which are at the bottom of this page.
