Hi All, I’m trying to activate a new e-sim but it will not work!
I am a new Sky customer and received my e-sim in the post three days ago. I immediately put my PAC code from my previous provider through to Sky who said that it would take 48 hours to transfer my number over. In the meantime, I continued on with my previous provider so I still had signal. Now on Wednesday, all of a sudden I have got no signal and can not find a way to activate my e-sim.
Any ideas?
