Can’t access roll date, mobile bills or upgrades

Hi, as above I can't access my sky mobile account online to view bills upgrade, see contract or roll data anymore. 
I tried linking sky id but it's already linked. I used to be able to do all of this before however it only shows my sky stream tv subscription now 

any help would be great. I did ring sky they said they would look in to and call me back but no one ever called back

That could suggest you are using the wrong login details so are you signed in with your main primary ID ?

Yes log in with primary, the details all used to be there but over night disappeared . When u go to my mobile it just sends you round in a loop to look at new mobile deals

I am having the same problem I can't even make a phone call or use my data ands I call then and it like they don't care

Been the same here since Sunday, a week ago. Spent 3 hours on the phone. They say there's a problem at the mast but if your travelling shouldn't your phone connect to different masts and therefore 5G should still work! Can't call, can't text and can't receive any incoming. To add insult to injury they told me it was because my bill was due which it isn't till the 1st but I paid it anyway and now they can't find the payments and it hasn't uploaded on to my acc! My account shows no data even though it's just reset and my piggy bank is 150gb, 3 hours wasted and no further forward! Still no signal. Even Wi-Fi calling isn't working on any of my devices. People on here always just recommend calling the customer services but they are useless. They don't care at all. One woman even suggested just switching providers and I've been with sky for 20 years!

Yeh I have and there's nothing they can do. It can take up to a month for them to fix the mast but I don't belive that's the problem. My services should still

work when I'm connected to different masts.
