Like other people on here. I cannot access my sky mobile account online or on app. I have tried resetting passwords, clearing cache, changing browers and nothing. So i cant upgrade, cant use piggy bank, cant get any details on my mobile account
This has been going onfor months. I have called sky and been told to clear my cache which i have told them doesnt work.
