Can’t access mobile account

Hi, 

I recently purchased full fibre broadband but something happened to my mobile account I can't access it. Even though both my email accounts are lined.
Today I wanted to use my piggy bank account to transfer some data to my son's phone but I lost access to my mobile account and hence access to piggy banks. Could you please sort this problem out and connect my mobile account.

Hi @Rishi  you aren't talking to sky CS here so your request can't be actioned here by anyone. Try calling sky on 150 for help.

Are you logged in with your main Sky ID as it is to this that your broadband and mobile account should be linked to.
