Hi,
I recently moved to Sky and have issues with calling to foreign phone numbers that are not ROI numbers. It always says wrong number and the premium is on, roaming is allowed etc. Still - cannot call my clients and family who has another EU phone number.
Chatbot was useless and paraphrasing did not help.
Please, do need advice as previously had Lycamobile and never had issues.
