Awaiting Stock of Phone for 2 weeks

I placed an order for a mobile phone on 3rd Spetember and my order says awaiting stock. There is no update and there was no indication at the time of order that their would be a huge delay. Can I cancel this and order something else? The unknown wait is very frustrating!

Yes, but only by calling Sky and ordering an alternative will involve further credit checks.
