Calls straight to voicemail

I'm having issues with calls going straight to voicemail, despite my phone saying I have network. Can't be the phone as have dual sim and the other sim works fine, so just sky. Also, even though WiFi calling is enabled on both sims, it doesn't work for sky, and doesn't show in the task bar, next to the signal strength. Any clues?

See if trying to disable the option people have to leave a voicemail to see if that helps:

On your phone:

Dial 759.
Press 3.
Press 5.
Press 1.

If it doesn't how long has this been happening for as there are issues on the Sky Mobile network and have been since Sunday evening so I wonder if your issue is somehow tied into these issues.

It's mostly happened today, but I read another post on this that said the issue with the sky network had been sorted, but I'm still experiencing issues. And I'm not sure I want to cancel the voicemail option, as I still want people to be able to leave messages if needed.
