Discussion topic: Calls not going to voicemail

My calls are not going to voicemail any longer.
Getting the "sorry the person you called is unavailable. Please call later" message at end of ring. Then call ends.

Tried turning my custom greeting off, my iphone off.

No difference.
Hope someone can assist.
