Calls keep dropping out

Hi  everyone 

My Sky mobile phone calls keeping dropping out.  I have called Sky today several times and they can't hear me or the call drops.  I have tried the Troubleshooting steps of restarting my phone and toggling airplane mode on and off, as well as resetting the Network setting.  I have switched on WIFI calling, but get the same issue. Ive switched my preferred network to 4G, same issue.  Everything I have tried hasn't solved the problem. If anyone can suggest a setting I haven't tried yet, please let me know. I am using an Apple iPhone 16 plus.  Thank you in advance

Are you using an eSIM or SIM card in your phone, if a card it might be worth suggesting to Sky that they send you a replacement to try if there are no issues that appear here for you:

I'm having trouble with my iPhone 16plus as well people are ringing me and the phone just cuts off after answering they get a message to say you have dialled an incorrect number, also I try to call back but it just goes off, I have tried everything
