I very rarely have any service to call people or poor service and it breaks up a lot it doesn't really matter where I am I've tried all different things it just doesn't work. And it doesn't even go through to the person in trying to call
Have you reported this to Sky? They are likely to recommend to replacement SIM card in the first instance.
