my phone cannot make or recieve calls or messages outside my house, will work in house with WIFI, phone says i used 10gb data last month (4GB PLAN)but not recieved any messages to say im blocked, was sitting in hospital with leg plastered and found i could not call family not a happy bunny. how the hell do you contact anybody please.

If you are able to call Sky then the number is just 150 but before you call them it might be worth checking here for any mast issues:

If nothing shows has your phone been working previously and just stopped ?
