my phone cannot make or recieve calls or messages outside my house, will work in house with WIFI, phone says i used 10gb data last month (4GB PLAN)but not recieved any messages to say im blocked, was sitting in hospital with leg plastered and found i could not call family not a happy bunny. how the hell do you contact anybody please.
If nothing shows has your phone been working previously and just stopped ?
