I tried to make a call this morning to my husband's mobile however I get a robot telling me that the call is restricted. I can call our landline. He is unable to call me! My account is fully up to date, no arrears and there is no reason for this to be suspended. I rolled over some data last night as I was running low but this shouldn't affect calls? Really desperate as I really rely on my phone
