Calling abroad to uk

Trying to call my travel insurance or skymobile from abroad and it doesn't work. Just has a weird dial tone then AI saying 'hello' 'think you have the wrong number' 'my name is Elisia do you remember me' can anyone help?

As you are talking to other customers here none of us will know you !

It sounds like the company you are phoning is using a bot so have you tried saying hello back to it ?

I have spoken back to them and I've mentioned what they've replied with.

Not sure if you are aware but you are not talking to Sky on here as we are fellow customers so are you sure your insurance company is open on a Saturday of the Easter weekend ?

I am aware of who I'm talking to. Yes it's open 24/7.

Just asking for anyone's help on my issue of not being able to get through properly as it's only going through to some strange AI. Don't know how else to explain really.

I've got exactly the same issue trying to call from Turkey. Followed all the support help and tried every combination of 00 and +44 and get the same outcome. Trying to dial a home uk number and a mobile uk number ironically also with Sky mobile. Anyone got any ideas
