Caller id

Can anyone help when I call from mobile my number is not shown to who I've called. Tried caller ID settings but when I choose show number it returns to hide number in settings. If I choose default of provider it stays on this but does not show number. I've requested new settings to be reset but that doesn't help. Please help if you can Mike

Have you called Sky so they can check that caller ID is active on your account. The free number to call them on is just 150.

I have the same problem so will be contacting customer services.

 

But why would Caller ID ever get disabled on a mobile account?
