Call problems and

Hi I cannot make calls on my I Phone 16 plus. It keeps telling me that I have a spend cap. I've tried to get in contact with Sky several times about this issue and it is still not resolved. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi @PHILDAVIS  have a look here, there are 2 spend caps, a monthly one and a roaming one.
