Call lag incoming and outgoing

I have a new phone and contract with sky but I have been having intermittent ring sound when calling out. 
however my main problem seems to be a lag with incoming and outgoing calls. Apparently people are answering but I get nothing back until a couple of seconds. By which time it's enough that it's noticeably making a glitch. 

any help or ideas on this? Had the phone less then 2 weeks with both contract and brand new iPhone 17

Hi @caesarome 

I have no issues logged with the masts apparently all running smoothly. 

I'll have to try sky but they arnt the easiest. I get stuck with the chatbot more often than not. Guess it's a person I need.
