Call center absolutely useless

Has anybody else had problems with the call center? I've called in multiple times and have been advised on every occasion that a manager will call back within 24-72 hours. 20 days later and still no call. It's extremely annoying as I'm going round in circles with them.

My understanding of Customer Service call centre Managers is that they are there to supervise, support and advise their agents and are not particularly public facing.

 

Having said that we see numerous posts on here whereby a callback from an agent or Manager has not been forthcoming. Sky could certainly improve in that area.

I have 3 sims with them and upgraded all 3 together, exactly the same offer for all 3. Only 2 was upgraded at the agreed price, the 3rd was put through at full price, which wasn't what was agreed. Call centre agents aren't able to add this plan now as it isn't a current offer. Apparently only a manager can action this after listening to the original call. But if a manager never calls back, I have no other options. Apart from cancel all 4 and move to another provider

update, Another 3 days have passed, no manager has called me, as was promised. I've called in again, another 40mins on the phone explaining my issue, multiple times to multiple people. No one I've spoken to so far in the mobile department was in the uk, so communication is very difficult at times. I've even spoken to a uk agent on the tv department, who did try to help, but has said it can only be resolved by the mobile team.which seems to be impossible. I've filled in the complaint form, nothing back from that yet. I don't think I have any other options than to just cancel dd.

Cancelling your payment method is definitely not recommended and it will cause you additional problems. Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you wont be able to cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky could involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.
