Call being cut off and not able to call family member back
On receiving a call, it's fine for about a minute or two then it cuts off! My daughter says that it goes silent her end and then cuts off!! I'm disabled and need to be able to call her instantly!

Does any mast issues show here for you:
https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus/your-services/mobile
If there isn't and you can make calls then call Sky on 150 (say nothing when asked anything by the bot) to report this to them as they might want to send you a replacement sim to try incase your one has developed a fault.
