Call and sms abroad

I am in Spain Can I activate my sky sim to call and send/receive message from / to UK, without charge? Many thanks

Now we can't use in Europe our plan, even you can't receive any messages or call, all are chargeable 

I am not agreed with that 😕 😐

Hi @Aristidesalc  thats the contract you signed with sky, if you have had your sim more than 12 months you are free to cancel and go to another network that may not have roaming charges if this is important for you.

But unfortunately all UK phones companies works the same, UK its out of Europe, so we are now foreigners outside our borders 😕😕
