I need to change over my old  sim to my new sky mobile device. cancel my new sim & pay off my other contract

@Leahsky03  You just need to swap the sim from your old device to your new one, if you haven't activated the new sim it will drop off your account after around 30 days

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
