CANT GET TO BASKET TO COMPLETE UPGRADE

Trying to upgrade mobile device. Once selected and attempt to go to basket i get a message. Its not you it's us. Refresh page or follow link. Nothing works. Round in circles.

Hi @David436  if this is happening on different browsers then your only option is to call sky so they can place the order.
