If you have requested a pac code then it should be sent to you as a text message so have you checked to see if it is there somewhere ?

Btw, we are customers of Sky here who help each other so you are not talking to Sky.

When requesting a PAC, you will receive a text with the code and an email will also be sent to the account holder.

IVE REQUESTED MY PAC. THEY ASKED FOR MY DATE OF BIRTH THEN I GET THIS MESSAGE. 

Sorry, we don't understand your message. If you're looking for a PAC, text PAC followed by your 8 character date of birth (DDMMYYYY) to 65075.

WHICH IVE DONE WITH SPACES WITHOUT SPACES. CAPITAL LETTERS AND LOWER CASE AND STILL GET THIS REPLY.

If it isn't working via the text message option then call Sky on 150 as they should be able to issue it for you.
