Buying New Phone - Price difference!

Hi,

I am looking to buy an iPhone 17e with a 1 Gb data plan. 

The phone is coming up at £18.50 and the data plan is £1 which according my math is £19.50 a month, however when I look at the total it is showing £29.50 a month. See Image

Any idea why?

Did have a wee look and it was £19.50 and £12 upfront on the page after and on the confirmation page.

Thought it might have been something to do with the SIM discount but that was £7.
