Brought my number over to sky but I’ve got no signal on my iPhone

Brought 3 numbers over to sky and we all still have no signal can any one help 2 iPhones and android

Has Sky told you that the numbers have transfered because if they haven't your sims on your previous network should still work.

Had an email earlier saying it's been done old sims don't work and neither do the new ones

I would contact Sky support so they can look into this for you, if you can't phone them then they can be contacted via their social media sites, links to which can be found at the bottom of this page.
