How do i get a network unlock code to allow my new sky sim to work

I have a new sky sim which does not work, my samsung is asking for a network unlock code and then when that doesn't work its asking for an MCK code. Old provider says its sky i need to speak to. No luck on online helpbot which sent me links to Sky Q mini box help.

@AngelaM28  Who originally supplied the phone?    If ot wasn't bought from Sky (t=which are mot network locked) then you shouldn;t need to do anything, if the phone came from another provider only they can give you the network unlock code, Skty can't do that.
