says l have 5g but I have no data

Have you activated the sim and if so when did you do this was it today ?

Have tried on several occasions today but unfortunately hasn't worked

The sim does need activating so if you are unable to do this then you will have to either call Sky if you have access to another phone or use the social media links at the bottom of the page to contact them about this.
