Issue when trying to do swap online but the system keeps coming up with an error page -

Trying to do online swap and it keeps saying an error message after I select the device that I'm wanting to upgrade too. 
it already has confirmed that I can upgrade but when I click to add to basket it displays the following error message,IMG_0172.png

You will have to call Sky on 150 so they can put this swap order through for you.
