Bought new mobile
Bought new mobile but still being charged for old phone when it's paid off

Swap contracts are 12 months longer than the underlying number in the plan.
E.g. swap24 is 36 months
could it be that?
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
