Bought a phone on contract and it has been cancelled
Hi I bought a iPhone 16 pro on contract the money went through all fine I got an email saying my phone will be with me on this date snd not even a minute after I had another saying it's been cancelled because it's not in stock but it said it was before I bought so I have tried to get another phone with use and it's saying im not elegible annd tells me to pick another one and then comes up with the same contact phone or and iPhone 16E and still doesn't let me do it

Hi @Johnpaul27 those emails normally mean you have failed the second more enhanced credit check that sky carry out. Making more applications will only make make it worse. If you call sky they will be able to tell you if this is the reason but they won't have access to tell you why you may have failed.
