I have switched to a different sim deal. My bill doesn't reflect the discount agreed.

Hi @Tinkerbell011  as this is mainly a customer helps customer area you will need to call sky on 150 for help or try the social media links at the bottom of this page.

Your first bill may be different if it covers more than the usual month. Do future bills reflect the amount you are expecting?
